Gould Paper Subsidiary Acquires Recyclable Fiber Sales Operations in Europe

Price & Pierce, a subsidiary of Gould Paper Corporation*, acquires the European recyclable fiber sales operations of GP Harmon Recycling LLC.

*Established in 1924, Gould Paper Corporation is a large-scale paper merchant with an extensive portfolio of customers and suppliers throughout America and Europe and a vast sales network with offices spreading across America and around the world in areas that include England, France, Finland and New Zealand. In April 2010, Gould Paper Corporation became a subsidiary of JP through the acquisition of 51% of its stock by another of JP’s consolidated subsidiaries, Japan Pulp & Paper (U.S.A) Corp. The addition of Gould Paper Corporation has enabled the JP Group to further enhance the structure of its global supply and sales network.
