Japan Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tokyo, Japan; Representative Director, President & CEO: Akihiko Watanabe; hereinafter “the Company”) hereby announces that its consolidated subsidiary, Ball & Doggett Pty Ltd (Head Office: Melbourne, Australia), has acquired the business of Caspak Products Pty Ltd (Head Office: Melbourne, Australia; hereinafter “Caspak”).
